Culinary Tasting Event
Wednesday, November 8, 2017

We will be featuring some of the area's finest restaurants along with several MCCC Culinary/Pastry tables showcasing Alumni and current students in action.

Tickets are available through the MCCC Kelsey Theatre ticket portal online or at the Kelsey Theatre on campus.

Click here for details (pdf flyer)

Tickets must be purchased in advance through Kelsey Theatre or at the Bursar Office in person or over the phone. Or online!

PLEASE NOTE:  In order to allow for real-time online ticketing we had to go with an online ticket ordering service.  We chose the cheapest one we could find, but they do charge $1 per ticket for in person sales and $1.50 per ticket for online ticket sales.  (As a comparison Ticketmaster charges $7.50 a ticket)

***Tickets are non-refundable and only valid for specified date.***

The Mercer County Community College Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management programs prepare students for employment in various entry-level management careers in the food service and lodging industries. Through the programs offered individuals will receive the skill training, professional education, concepts, and techniques. Students will learn their skills in our state-of-the-art kitchens and dining room along with our dedicated classroom.

Students may study full-time or part-time. Many courses are offered both day and evenings. Credits earned in acquiring the A.A.S. degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management can be applied to the B.S. degree offered through articulation agreements with Fairleigh Dickinson University and Johnson & Wales University. Our Culinology program has an articulation agreement with Rutgers University.
